Oddball Yoga

Now, some people might not be interested in something some might describe as "oddball yoga." But for me, this sounded intriguing...

I first met Alyssa Gaustad at my old gym, Clay. Her kundalini yoga class was off da hook! Gosh, I miss that gym... Such nice folks... And I swear, the calmest spot in NYC! www.insideclay.com
