CODA Wins the Audience Choice Award at Kollaboration Chicago 2013!
Congratulations to Erica Andrus and CODA on the big win at the Kollaboration show!

Oh, what a night! The talent was exceptional. It was a great show!
MC Il Moon Jo kept the show rolling along with much good-natured flava - and even a few Korean words thrown in for good measure - though it sounded to me like his Korean was about as good as mine... Uhmm...
I especially liked the grrrl power represented during the half-time show. There was a competition within the competition, with singer/rapper, Sally winning with her version of Alica meet Nicki. Also, Rachel won the dance portion with her breaking!
A special THANKS to Kollaboration and two of their generous sponsors for the delicious free gifts! Organic honey and frozen yogurt? What a sweet surprise!

Poet, Alvin Lau WON the competition with his manifesto on being Asian and AWESOME!
The evening started off with a bang - namely, Derek Suen. If you like singer/songwriters like Jason Mraz, you will love this cat... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q73FcEHqmck
